Overview

The well-being of your people is an important factor that can tip the scales. The type of government, abundance of resources, victorious campaigns against enemies, and the representativeness of the capital can add to the happiness and trust of the nation in their country and their leader.

  • On the other hand, decline in the feeling of happiness can increase the risk of revolts or even the outbreak of civil war. Soldiers might start deserting their posts, and the battle morale of your units can fall sharply.
